We offer free shipping for any orders over the value of R1500. We charge a flat rate of R130 for orders less then R1500.
We accept the following : Credit Card - payments from Mastercard and VISA, Instant EFT and Payflex.
Yes. You will receive a Tax Invoice with your order.
Yes. We do not sell products on this website unless they are physically in stock. We display the available quantity on the site for your convenience. If we do not physically have the product in our warehouse, it will be displayed as "out of stock".
Yes. You may return a product to us if: The product is defective, missing certain parts, damaged during transit or if the product you receive is different to that advertised on the website. You can refer to our comprehensive Returns Policy for more information.
Yes. When you choose VONROC, you're covered by a 2-year warranty for machines and a 6-month warranty for non-wear accessories, batteries, and chargers.
No. VONROC is an online business only. Our products are sold through a Direct to Consumer (D2C) model.

Delivery FAQs

It will typically take 1 - 3 business days for orders to be delivered to you. If you place your order before 3pm during weekdays, we will dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the following work day. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas in South Africa. We may not be able to deliver to you, if you are in a remote location where courier companies do not deliver, such as a remote farm, small holding, informal settlement or other remote area.
We do not ship online orders to customers outside of the borders of South Africa. you can contact us via email if you wish to buy any products displayed on this website. Please note that our standard returns policy does not apply for export orders.
We use the The Courier Guy. They have built a strong reputation and are trusted, recognized and reliable.
Yes. You will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You will also receive delivery updates via email and SMS directly from The Courier Guy.
Your order will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on weekdays. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel when it arrives.
